Our showroom / office and warehouse is located in Milperra where we specialize in the supply of timber and timber products throughout Sydney. We also supply timber throughout country NSW and Australia wide. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products we sell and also meeting our delivery deadlines.
WARNING: With the change of traditional sales outlets like shop fronts and office/warehouse outlets due to internet sales, you must consider a few things before you make your timber purchase.
• Can you see the timber before purchasing it? The quality of timber varies dramatically depending on where it comes from and how it is stored.
• If you run short or need a little more how easy is it to get more? How long will it take? And how much will it cost?
• If there are any problems can you enter their office and confront them in person?
• Are they one of those overnight businesses who sell lower grade timbers to make quicker sales but aren't around long enough to see out their warranty commitments?
I have been witness on many occasions when someone has been caught out dealing with internet based companies with no shopfronts selling these low grade timbers and underselling the quantities ordered and getting away with it because they are not approachable.
